Get your ass up and stop making excuses. People are walking around with nothing, no food, no clothes, some are sick, and can’t even walk, and your ass is doing nothing but complaining, crying, and making excuses for why you can’t succeed. Stop it. Get yourself together now!

The fight for my life, Fear

What does it feel like to face your fears? It feels scary to me. Everyday is a new day, but there are often challenges. The hardest part, for me is showing up to face the fear. Like a boxing match.  I imagine, the boxer knows that he is going to get wounded but deep down inside he thinks he can win. Aside from the fact that he is getting paid to fight, he has to talk himself into feeling more powerful than his opponent.  The more you face your fears the stronger you become and your opponent becomes tired. But then out of nowhere he could get an extra burst of energy and knock you out cold. You see. You just never know, but you have to show up and face the fear.

    The Pressure of Success.

At some point we all feel the pressure of success, whether we are already “successful” or whether we are striving to get there. It is not easy. Does success mean money? I think not, if you can not enjoy the time you have here on earth. I don’t think it is success, if you never get a chance to be still and just relax from time to time. The perfect scenario would be if you simultaneously found success through happiness, people, joy, and money. This way you could enjoy yourself and still be rich. Let’s see if it matters. Tell me what you think.

    Stop and Think

Sometimes you have to stop and think before you go forward. This may seem like a form of procrastination but it is not. If you think, write, and execute your plan, it usually works out for you. Sometimes it doesn’t but most of the time you get more accomplished. So today, stop and think.

    Roam the Streets

It feels great to roam the streets. It is the best way to secretly engage in people watching while getting exercise. It can be dangerous in the streets of New York or in any busy city, especially when crossing the street. When there are too many cars on the road, you may not want to pump up the volume on your ipod while you are walking.
